Fuck yes, I love superstar saga so much! One of the best games ever made, imo

[The Big Character and the Tiny Goblin]

The goblin looks content, knowing these are his final moments. As his neurons fire off in rapid succession, he thinks of his wife and daughter.

His loving goblin wife, Lorie, had just gotten back from her trip to the Czech Republic. She had a single strand of golden-blonde hair that he would run his little goblin fingers through. He had dealt with alcoholism for 3 long years, and she still stayed with him, and gave him emotional support. He loved her with every molecule of his black heart.

There was also his daughter, Emma, who'd only been in second grade for 2 weeks. She was so curious about the world around her, and was his life and drive to become a better goblin, and a better father. He remembered the paper she wrote, she was concerned about her father's use of chewing tobacco, and wanted him to stop. That easter, he promised never to use chewing tobacco again, and he'd been clean for the past year.

As the large ogre-esque creature lowered the goblin into his gaping maw, the goblin shed a single tear. He had accomplished everything, he was content.
